These terms govern your use of the FitnessCalculator.net website at fitnesscalculator.net ("the site"). By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.

FitnessCalculator.net provides free, general-purpose utilities such as calculators. Results are provided for general informational purposes. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the site.

2. No guarantee of suitability

We work to keep the tools accurate — calculation logic is tested and documented (see the methodology page) — but the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any result before relying on it for a consequential decision.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, its hosting, or its security;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content by automated means in a manner that burdens the service;
  • Misrepresent FitnessCalculator.net results as certified, audited, or professionally endorsed figures;
  • Use the site to develop or distribute malware or to conduct fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual property

8. Governing law

Owner input required: the governing law and jurisdiction for these terms have not yet been determined, and no company legal name or registered office is stated here, because those facts have not been established. Before production launch, the site owner must complete this section with the operator's legal identity and chosen governing law — see docs/PRODUCTION-READINESS.md. This document is an initial draft and requires review by the owner and, where appropriate, qualified counsel; it is not legal advice.
